2. Accepted payment methods
The accepted payment method or methods and verified account details will be shown on the official transaction document. Available methods may differ by order, value, location or service.

3. Deposits and balances
Where a deposit is required, the percentage or amount, due date and balance condition will be stated in writing. Procurement, fabrication, special ordering, dispatch or installation may begin only after the agreed cleared payment is received.
A deposit may become non-refundable where committed to custom work or special procurement, but this applies only where disclosed and agreed before payment and subject to applicable law.
4. Payment confirmation and receipts
Payment is confirmed after cleared funds are matched to the relevant customer and document reference. Customers should retain the payment confirmation and official receipt. Bank or mobile-money notification alone may not confirm final settlement if the transaction is reversed, delayed or sent to incorrect details.

- Report suspected impersonation or fraud immediately.
8. Refunds and reversals
